30 Day Return Policy

Thank you for purchasing an Austin Bright Light Design (ABLD) product.  If you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason, we offer a refund for 30 days from the date the original order was placed. The item must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Contact us prior to returning any item for a replacement, exchange or refund.  Simply go to our “contact us” section to enter your order number and email contact information.  We will email a shipping label to you.   There is no restocking fee, however you pay for return shipping.

What we will do:  Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund your purchase through the payment method used for the original purchase.  Shipping and handling fees fees are not refundable.  After the 30 day return period, ABLD reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit.


Defective Product Returns

We perform multiple quality checks on each item to help ensure what we deliver meets our quality standards.  Even with extensive testing, we realize that it is possible to receive a damaged or defective component.   If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will repair or replace the item.

What we will do:  Within 30 days of the original order, simply contact us and we will email a pre-paid postage label to return the damaged item or component.  You do not have to return the entire order, only the component(s) that are defective.  Upon receipt of the returned item, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item and ship it back to you.

We cannot offer repair or exchange for items that have been abused, destroyed by the user, installed incorrectly, lost or stolen.  

Exchanges

Sometimes, the color on the screen doesn’t translate to real life, or we roll out a new color scheme that goes perfect with your wardrobe a day after you order something else.  We understand!  ABLD will exchange unused, clean, unwashed clothing items, with tags attached, in original packaging and in brand new condition for 30 days for any item of equal or lesser value.  You only pay for shipping and any difference in price.

Simply go to our “contact us” section to enter your order number, email contact information and the item you would like to exchange for your original purchase.  We will contact you to select  shipping method and payment for shipping.

What we will do:  Upon receipt and inspection of the unworn item to be exchanged, we will ship a replacement.

Electronics, including batteries, ABLD LED Strips, controllers and remotes, may not be exchanged unless defective and subject to the policy listed above for those instances.

Limits

Products returned to Austin Bright Light Design must arrive odor free, clean, unwashed, un-worn, in original packaging and in brand-new condition.   We will not accept returned garments that show any signs of use.  All items must be returned within 30 days of the initial order date - shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please follow the instructions for the proper assembly of your Austin Bright Light Design products.  ABLD cannot be responsible for damage due to user error.  Please refer to the included instructions, visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) of our website and check out our instructional videos.

Items that were part of a clearance, final sale, bundled sale (multiple items), one-time coupon, buy four get one free, or group discount are considered final and are not eligible for return.  After the 30 day return period, ABLD reserves the right to accept or deny merchandise returns for store credit.
